PatientOS is an electronic medical record system
(PMS and EHR or EMR) for a physician or clinics.

This version integrates iReport, an enterprise report writer to create both stand-alone SQL based reports and reports from PatientOS-generated XML. JFreeChart has also been integrated and may be embedded into clinical forms to dynamically generate and display charts and graphs. Registration and clinical forms can be created using a dynamic form generating wizard. Configuration, setup, and internationalization properties have been simplified. Several enhancements were done with scheduling and prescription writing.

An infinite loop bug in the "clone" command was fixed. A new -k cutaway view option was added to RT. The "saveview" command provides means to override output and invocation. NTFS-3G is a stable read/write NTFS driver. It is
available for over 130 Linux distributions, including most major ones. Moreover, it has been ported to other operating systems like FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenSolaris, Haiku, and Mac OS X, and to big-endian and 64-bit computer architectures.

The chance for this to happen is higher for close to full disk utilization and using one of the more uncommon, less than 4096 byte cluster sizes. All stable releases have this issue since version 1.328. Upgrading is strongly recommended from all NTFS-3G releases.

Greylite 3.0pre2 (Default branch)
Greylite is a SPAM filter with exceptional effectiveness and without false positives. It combines natively with qmail and works as a proxy for any SMTP server. It implements a modified greylisting algorithm that improves the filtering effectiveness and minimizes the delay drawbacks associated with the standard greylisting algorithm. It is self-contained because it uses SQLite, and is easy to setup and maintain, small, and fast.

Fbi IMproved 0.3-alpha (Default branch)
FIM (Fbi IMproved) aims to be a highly customizable and scriptable image viewer targeted at the users who are confortable with software like the Vim text editor or the Mutt mail user agent. It is based on the Fbi image viewer and works in the Linux framebuffer console (it is not an X program). It features the ability to filter the list of images with regular expressions, Vim-like autocommands, command line autocompletion and history, completely customizable key bindings, external/internal scriptability, and much more.

check_logfiles 2.3.3 (Default branch)
check_logfiles is a plugin for Nagios which checks logfiles for defined patterns. It is capable of detecting logfile rotation. If you tell it how the rotated archives look, it will also examine these files. Unlike check_logfiles, traditional logfile plugins were not aware of the gap which could occur, so under some circumstances they ignored what had happened between their checks. A configuration file is used to specify where to search, what to search, and what to do if a matching line is found.

check_aaccli is a plugin for Nagios which checks
the hardware health of Adaptec SCSI RAID
controllers. To accomplish this, you must have
installed the aaccli binary (from the aacapps
package). The plugin checks the error log of
