This version integrates iReport, an enterprise report writer to create both stand-alone SQL based reports and reports from PatientOS-generated XML. JFreeChart has also been integrated and may be embedded into clinical forms to dynamically generate and display charts and graphs. Registration and clinical forms can be created using a dynamic form generating wizard. Configuration, setup, and internationalization properties have been simplified. Several enhancements were done with scheduling and prescription writing.

BRL-CAD is a powerful constructive solid geometry solid modeling system that includes an interactive geometry editor, ray-tracing support for rendering and geometric analysis, path-tracing for realistic image synthesis, network distributed framebuffer support, and image and signal-processing tools. This release has a few minor updates, bug fixes, and tweaks. It includes useful enhancements to RT, RTAREA, and MGED's "clone" and "saveview" commands, among other enhancements. An infinite loop bug in the "clone" command was fixed. A new -k cutaway view option was added to RT. The "saveview" command provides means to override output and invocation. You can now create/import binary objects from within MGED. RTAREA sports a new -u units option.

NTFS-3G is a stable read/write NTFS driver. It is available for over 130 Linux distributions, including most major ones. Moreover, it has been ported to other operating systems like FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenSolaris, Haiku, and Mac OS X, and to big-endian and 64-bit computer architectures. This release fixes a potential data corruption which could happen on any area of the NTFS volume except the NTFS boot sector. The chance for this to happen is higher for close to full disk utilization and using one of the more uncommon, less than 4096 byte cluster sizes. All stable releases have this issue since version 1.328. Upgrading is strongly recommended from all NTFS-3G releases.

Greylite is a SPAM filter with exceptional effectiveness and without false positives. It combines natively with qmail and works as a proxy for any SMTP server. It implements a modified greylisting algorithm that improves the filtering effectiveness and minimizes the delay drawbacks associated with the standard greylisting algorithm. This version is designed around Centos 4.6 cd1. Snort was upgraded to 2.8.0.2. BASE was upgraded to 1.4.0. PMGraph for Snort performance graphs was added. A Snort threshold/suppression configuration page was added. Manual and scheduled local and remote FTP backup functionality was added. Email alert configuration and notification functionality was added. Mouseover-style help messages were added to the Web configuration pages. The Oinkmaster script was modified to update sid-msg.map files. The iptables rules were modified to allow ping out but not ping in.

FreeIPA is an integrated security information management solution combining Linux (Fedora), Fedora Directory Server, MIT Kerberos, NTP, and DNS. It consists of a Web interface and command line administration tools. Currently, it supports identity management with plans to support policy and auditing management.

Incoming messages can now be configured to open in the background instead of popping up on the desktop. The task bar icon will flash and a list of unread message windows will be in its menu. The annoying flickering of the buddy list that was introduced in the last version has been fixed. All windows now show their own ID in their title bar, which is useful when running more than one instance.

GAdmin-SAMBA is a frontend for the Samba file and print server. It features multiple local and remote user and group importation, on-the-fly share creation and user handling (including randomization of usernames and passwords), and PDF printing to shared and private directories or email. This release includes new Media Browser functionality similar to the iLife Media Browser, native floating palette appearance for tool windows, and support for magnify and swipe multitouch trackpad gestures. It also fixes bugs in the Autofilter and a bug where text import applied the wrong character set in Calc. It fixes bugs in zooming and window-cycling, text kerning when eporting to PDF or to a high-resolution printer, and crashes when one window had Bullets and Table toolbars open and another window did not, or when loading a specific WordPerfect .wpd file.

gqviewarc is an LD_PRELOAD module that makes GQview treat archives (ZIP, RAR, and maybe more) as directories. It may also be applicable in other domains where transparent stream read access to archived files is needed.

JavaStats77 is a tool for generating source code statistics in HTML format and converting .java files into HTML. It is integrated with Java2Html.

goofs is a userspace filesystem that aims to expose Google services such as Picasa images, contacts, blogs, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. It is written using the Python binding for FUSE together with the Python gdata API. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes:

check_logfiles is a plugin for Nagios which checks logfiles for defined patterns. It is capable of detecting logfile rotation. If you tell it how the rotated archives look, it will also examine these files. Unlike check_logfiles, traditional logfile plugins were not aware of the gap which could occur, so under some circumstances they ignored what had happened between their checks. This release adds an -F option that allows reading of multiple config files from a config directory.

check_aaccli is a plugin for Nagios which checks the hardware health of Adaptec SCSI RAID controllers. To accomplish this, you must have installed the aaccli binary (from the aacapps package).
